Group & private tour FAQs
Do you offer group discounts?
No. Every guest on a public tour pays the standard ticket price. If you’d like the tour to yourselves, a private tour is quoted for your group.
How many people can join a public tour?
Pub crawls are limited to 20 guests and food and dessert tours to 14, counting everyone on the departure. Private tours follow the same limits. If your group is larger, contact us and we’ll talk through the options for your date.
What can we personalize on a private tour?
We can change the starting and ending locations, accommodate non-standard start times and more. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll build the quote around it.
How does payment work for a private tour?
Private tours can be booked with 50% down. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before your tour.
What if our plans change after booking a private tour?
All sales on private tours are final. If your plans change after booking, we’ll apply what you’ve paid as a credit toward a tour in any of our cities.
Can guests under 21 come?
On food and dessert tours, yes — guests 12 and up are welcome. Pub crawls and the Oysters & Champagne Tour are 21+, and we check IDs.
Which tours can be booked as a private tour?
Any of them. Pick the tour you like and we’ll confirm availability for your date in your quote.
